I close from the Umbrel Lightning UI, I guess it's a cooperative close, and no closing tx shows yet.

maybe it's because my peer is not responding, so I wander if there's way to change to force close?

If I were you I would install a proper channel management tool like Thunderhub or Ride the lightning (RTL).

And see the channel closing status in that.
