so in bulgaria its the same, its the same in all EU countries i suppose, however gypsies on the contrary don't pay these taxes and they also don't go through the "legal" system of buying and regulating it for construction, NO they just claim the land and build, all of them. This way entire neighborhoods have been created, on top they don't spend a dime for property tax or electricity, nada. Tell me now, who is more free?

PS: They cant sue them because they dont even have legal documents like ID.
