Don’t go carnivore. It’s a meme.
But yes we need lots of protein and you get it is your collide.
Balanced diet unless you need some extra of very specific ingredients.

“We need lots of protein and how you get it is your choice” and animal protein happens to best source for it
omg what even is a balanced diet?
How do you balance?
Do sails balance the amount and quality of fish they eat?
Do lions do that with gazelles?
The human body needs variety of nutrients, not just whats found in beef & eggs.
I'm not against eating more meat, I eat a lot of beef chicken animal organs.
But find a good balance agrees with my bodily functions and activities if I get enough milk, nuts, yoghurt, greens.
vegetables are rich of antinutrients that will outbalance the other nutrients you expect them to give you... while milk and yogurt (and kefir) are still by all means animal foods, and nuts can be nice in moderation (useful but still not needed, and I admit I do concede rarely to them) greens are all but a remnant of the indoctrination every person receives from mom and granma when they were a child, and very bad stories were told them about the horrible things that happen to kids who do not eat their vegetables.
The only undeniable truth is that every sane child, if left to his choice, will avoid vegetables altogether, and even without the need to delve deeper into nutritional investigation, that's a big enough hint
I get my blood and vitals checked often, it has given me plenty of signs of what my body needs not just what my stomach wants or going by old wives takes. I’m not trying to be toughest strongest muscular man out there. I’m aiming for strength, energy, and longevity.
Balanced combination that works for me. Others have to find theirs not just meat or just veggies.
what are nutrients that the body needs and are not found in beef and eggs?
Some vitamins and fiber. Also a lack of variety in a humans diet.
I’m for the best and freshest. Not having seed oils and avoiding packaged food, also not carbs mainly in breads and rice..
what a you offering that’s better than all this?
From your first reply about the "balanced diet", I will admit it, I got triggered 😅 I'm so fed up with hearing that from all "informed" people around me, that I have become allergic to that very expression.
Instead it looks like you pretty much are on a paleo diet, which is also good, I did start seeing my first life-changing results with that.
So to make the long story short, nuts and greens are okay in that they will not straight out intoxicate you, but the story about you needing fibers is a myth: human intestines are unable to digest fibers, they will microscopically scratch your intestines' walls, causing the usual issues some particularly sensitive people have. Some other vegetable proteins, which are not broken down in the intestines, will be absorbed in the blood flow whole, instead of as a soup of aminoacids, and some such proteins mimic those naturally found in the human body, to a point where the immune system will still identify them as alien, and produce antibodies, but at the same time those antibodies will also target the body's proteins that these vegetable molecule resemble, since they are similar in the first place, triggering a self-immune response.
Ugly shit man, but luckily for you this mainly happens with soy and cereals, which I reckon you do not consume.
And about the vitamins you get from vegetables, well those are so few and far apart, and at the same time mixed in with the antinutrients that every plant contains and that contrast the ability of your body to extract proper nutrients, that the amount of those vitamins you actually take up is negligible, if any. On the other side, cows eat a lot of healthy vegetables which they can process with their stomachs, and their meat has those vitamins in a ready to be absorbed form, in the amount that you need. Same goes with eggs.
You might want to supplement vitamin C anyway, in order to account for the environmental risks of pollutants, both chemicals and electromagnetic.
So I do not think there is something specifically wrong with your diet, mine is just superior 🤣
My bad you got caught.
Some topics I want triggering reactions because they’re heated topics and become very cultural.
Raw meat eaters, sun gazers etc.
They take what’s advised as good for you but go all in extreme.
I’m just here to push back against some of the extremism.
Culty not cultural
