yesss dood me too! i just made some at home for the first time and it turned out great. find yourself some dried garbanzos and try making them yourself.

Never tried, but would give it a go. I rarely try to fry stuff at home… but suppose I could try the air fryer
oh yea it gets messy real quick. i fry it in a lil pot of peanut oil on an induction stove and always have a little mess to wipe up if i dont cover the top with a napkin or something. then some of the lil felafel crumbs break off in your oil so you have to strain it every once in a while.

Yeah that sounds like a pain 😂 and I have a great felafel place nearby. But… I do have an air fryer, would be willing to experiment there
