What is an easy way to download video?

if it's on nostr then just right click the video and download it from the context menu. or, if your client displays it, click the cogwheel in the video player and select download

I’m guessing Damus don’t have any of those.

I wouldn't know for damus but if the video is embedded then you should be able to download it. maybe press on the embedded video or something? I don't know how to do stuff on apple devices sorry.
