The New Mexico Film Office reported that the first four seasons of Better Call Saul brought over US$120 million into the state, and they have hired 1,600 crew for each season and a total of 11,300 extras

Indeed it is. They do a great job of world building. It takes place before breaking bad and after. Showing how jimmy mcgill became Saul Goodman. There are a lot of the same cast too.
