Engineers are worth 10x more than last year thanks to AI. But engineers give it away for free (like they've always done for millennia with each tech breakthrough) - they're the ones who keep devaluing themselves, while HR just helps them stay psychologically okay with being miserable.

Think about it - if you made $60,000 in 2024, you're now producing 3-10x more value with AI in 2025, like $180,000-$600,000. But you're just settling for the same pay or maybe pushing for a tiny 10% raise. You're giving away all that extra value for free, just like previous generations did. And once you give that up, they won't give it back - it's now or never.
