They have a business to run and may be taking a page from Elon by blocking certain patterns in account bios. I appealed and they said it had something to do with my bio which has an npub and that I may have been involved in an effort by a 3rd party site to get people to sign up. I figure I'll let the account sit and find other ways to contribute that don't require GitHub.
