One recognises their military, takes responsibility for their actions, for who among us can truly decide on evil with precision, thus we count only the dead. While the other has a barely there formal structure as defence, and highly equipped unruly collectibles, with modern equipment and knowledge that surprise even the Ivy League.

Then how do we deal with such States? Do they deserve aid? Do they need support? And are we not extending a war by meek support and soft humanitarian gestures?
