Partially wrong. You don’t generate Vitamin D if the sun is too low. Also any sunscreen blocks some of the full sunlight spectrum and permits others. This is confusing for your skin and circadian rhythm. We benefit from UVA and UVB. Loose clothing is arguably better. (See middle eastern traditional clothing) Mineral sunscreen is obviously better than burning.
