I used to listen to Dave Emory’s podcast (before he had whatever horrible health condition that destroyed his voice) who talked at length about what he called technocratic fascism and the underground Nazi movement that has been embedding itself in industry and government since the end of WWII. None of this is news, but seeing it play out more or less exactly how it was described over the past 10-20 years is still horrifying.
