The normal new user can't even use their zpp or site, onboarding is z disaster usually. And when you explzin + bug report something they act like its' normal or the users' fault for being 'stupid'.

If basic Login is not working, your product is garbage... they don't get it.

There's a lot of work to be done, but the improvements over the last 24 months are incredible. If you want things to accelerate or to take a different direction, then find your own way to contribute towards that.

Developers are sacraficing their income to work on nostr as a passion project, if you are very nice, and make a solid effort to carefully articulate the problems you encounter or visually express the improvements you want to see, then it will usually be taken seriously and dealt with at some point.

If you want to be heared, proof of work is key. Don't ask what nostr can do for you, ask what you can do for nostr.
