Just listened to this this morning. I’ve gone to 3x on podcasts, want to do the listen while reading, how are you planning on setting that up QW? The guy on the podcast was using scribd, I’ve never tried that.
I have already started listening to the audible while reading the book.
I’ve found it’s narrowed my focus.
It def takes a little getting use to. Also adjusting the speed of playback to the speed of your reading so it syncs.

I've struggled to implement the speed reading in the past (following Tim Ferriss's stuff) are there new concepts or tools in this one?
That was a great rip. Need to relisten at 1.5x speed.
Emerson already sounds like he’s talking at 1.5 speed 😂
Oh wow! I did this while reading The Art of Choosing. I didnt know it was this much of a help! It really helped the info stick. Almost like being a kid elementary school and havign a teacher read aloud while we read along in our heads. Crazy.
