If you want to talk about a bad RPG, then let's talk about Grandia 3. It also proves that good combat can only carry a RPG so far, you need the whole package to be at least bearable. The only reason people remember this game is because the protagonist's hot mom is playable for some part of it, that's all anyone talks about apparently.
