Correct I i’m planning to sell my house downsize and put the difference in bitcoin figuring that I’ll pay less each year in taxes. I’ll have a cheaper place to live and the bitcoin from the equity in my house will grow faster than the real estate of owning the big house.

Also sold my car and bought a 1992 Mazda

Which can only be described as runs and drives. Nothing more!

My theory is that this is like the last chopper out of Saigon in 1972.
