If you decide to do this challenge here are some things to consider:

1. Get a food scale to track your calories. Also use an app to track calories and macros (Fats, Carbs, Protein)

2. Eat as much protein as you can. Lean protein is expensive so budget accordingly. To help buy tuna, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.

3. Prepare to work out about twice a day. Cardio and then weight training. Try to walk as much as possible

4. Take photos to track progress

5. Carbs are not the enemy. I ate jasmine rice a lot and still lost 25 lbs.

6. Don’t give up. Life happens you might break diet or not have time to workout it’s okay! Don’t give up!! Focus on protein and walking.

I'm pretty convinced that carbs are your enemy.

25 lbs in 90 days is easy if you start overweight and  just cut out the carbs. No other intervention. No hunger. No sport. Feast on fatty meat as much as you can and you still lose the 25 lbs.
