Here’s a random one, but has anybody ever tried to make pesto from nettles? I’m up for a bit of foraging and I’ve heard it’s possible to make proper good version sans basil !?

Nettles are a mixed bag for me. They’re definitely decent, but strongly prefer traditional pesto.
