President Donald Trump has not ruled out sending peacekeeping troops to Ukraine, the U.S. president’s peace envoy said on Monday (17).

“The policy has always been to keep all options on the table,” said General Keith Kellogg to reporters after meeting with NATO European allies in Brussels.

“You don’t want to enter a negotiation where options are being discussed.”
