You’d think! As a woman yourself, you’d know hormones are uncontrollable. My breasts have grown despite hitting the gym everyday, and have actually grown more since going to the gym.
As a woman yourself, you’d know that the only “solution” dr’s give you is birth control, which i haven’t ever nor will ever use. Also, my waist to bust ratio is insane. Gravity from huge breasts causes bad posture and back pain. That’s why insurance covers breast reduction surgeries.
Genetics and hormones aren’t something you can fix in a gym!
Yeah.. Not gonna agree with that shit. It's defeatist. You can absolutely work on your strength and mobility more.
