Running a clearnet lightning node with a cloudflare tunnel does have issues.
When cloudflare changes your IP (often), some nodes have problems finding your node.
Your pubkey@ip is often out of date on amboss/1ml so you miss our on inbound liquidity.
Overall I don't recommend it.
tunnelsats seems like a solution, it's paid service though and routing fees will hardly cover the costs for it
