You don't need to pay for primal wallet or even use it at all. There are many options that can interact with a nostr client via Nostr Wallet Connect (for sending zaps)
To receive zaps you simply need a lightning address. Many options available (look at what others are using)
Thanks man. I went with the sub and counelis@primal lightning address. It’ll probably cost more than the zaps but happy to give back to the devs that make the platform possible.
I have an Alby running on my node but I still haven’t opened a channel yet. But I’ll get to that too.
I just have to figure out what’s a good amount of sats to open with.
You can open a couple of private channels to well connected nodes through the Albyhub UI and you are good to go.
Minimum 1 million sat channels (in my opinion) and you can use their in built swap integration with boltz (under advanced) to balance your channels.
