2 weeks in & not a great deal of colonization going on. I think I could have used a little less media for the grain spawn I used.
No obvious signs of mould yet though.
It looks like I've rotated the tub since the last pic.

At least all we can see is clean substrate and white fluffage still, that’s good
Fingers crossed. Temps are pretty low at the moment which could be slowing growth.
I have no idea what's going on under the surface either.
I kinda just gotta trust that the mycelium know what they're doing. 🧡
