They’re using the debt markets just the same way as MSTR. IMO both these Govts are using private sector companies as the vehicle to hoover up bitcoin supply… without publicly stating they are buying bitcoin. Private sector entities doing it for them.

… yes I know it’s a hypothetical conspiracy but it’s not a theory which can be dismissed IMO.
