I really like it. There’s been 1-2 times when I went to bed earlier to read and it gave me an extra 30 minutes of time in bed. But other than that it’s been really good. Have you ever tried Whoop?

I haven’t tried Whoop yet, but am curious about since I’ve already had 2 Oura rings fail. It also considered reading in bed as sleep.

How did the 2 oura ring fail? I’ve only had the whoop for about a month, but so far I’m really satisfied with my experience
