Sarah Andersen sued Stability AI Ltd (Stable-Diffusion creator) and judge dismissed it.

I understand a lawsuit against someone who profits from your work, but Stable-Diffusion is fully Open Source and doesn't offer anything specific except algorithm and a poorly made trained model with ugly faces.

Are artists so much afraid from Artificial Intelligence?

Also, let be honest here, every single artist "COPY" the work from another artist.

This is the most basic concept of art. Generative does the same, except the user doesn't need to waste hours for something with 6 fingers.
