Instead in NYS, Cuomo jammed Nursing Homes with the sick. Then unemployment checks and of course, The SBA EID Loans and the massive COVID relief to businesses, which we now find were massively abused. Oh yes then he had to take from the DOD Budget he street fought for, to build the wall.
