Just coded up a random feature while on my flight home. nostr:npub1yaul8k059377u9lsu67de7y637w4jtgeuwcmh5n7788l6xnlnrgs3tvjmf added a post button to profile pages, so I added a feature where it pre-populates an @ mention of that user. Handy if you want to quickly @ someone from their profile. Apparently twitter has this feature, I’ve never used it, but it’s requested a lot! 🤔

Keep the ideas coming. Documented here

makes me wonder if you would be able to tap the note and then do the zap on the note, because it wouldn’t be “directly within the CONTENT FEED” 🤔
anyway… the point of expanding the area is how can you design a UX that can get from note on a “content feed” to a profile as fast as possible.
Like when it goes to user profile to zap, long press the page, and when you let go it returns to where you left off in the content feed and the profile got 1 tap (and hold) zapped from profile.
At this point it’s just time to build as close to the line as possible and still keep Damus in the App Store. 🍻
The desk stampers will reject as this can be seen as “associated with reviewing digital content” per the exchange last couple weeks.
There is a lack of leadership at apple, and this will be tough to resolve unless someone takes charge, and makes the obvious and winning case for gatekeeper-less LN p2p.
Likes are cool again 👍
