Instead of checking it manually, is there a good site to check which countries an Apple App Store app is available in?
We were informed that Zeus was banned in China a while ago, but now we're hearing it doesn't appear to be available in Lebanon or France. Would love to confirm.

No, but when Apple removes an application from the app store, those who have already downloaded it can still download it again. For Zeus this is not the case.
