If the answer is no, the advice is generally worthless.

True, but that is just common sense, it's like getting diets advice from a fat man, you should not listen 🤷

I mean that isn't necessarily always true.. like 98% if somebody is broke nasty but they say buy Bitcoin ...
Even rich people giving financial advice are usually part of the money problem. Not interested.
