Yes, you are totally right the medical model definition would be used-but if you are human experiencing this manifestation of absolute nihilism of thoughts feelings, actions and disassociation of soul self, desolation and abandonment of everything you relate to and that relates to you, doesn’t cut anywhere near does it?
