I made this with MidJourney on Discord and ImgFlip which most just use for memes. If I was a graphic artist I would be using this tech right now, if I was a graphic artist not using this technology right now I would be pretty scared of my financial future.

I got my degree in graphic design not long after the Macs came out with all the graphic design software. Even back then it was making much of what we did irrelevant. Been an arms race ever since. Unless an illustrator had an unique style, their jobs were toast. As for fine art, it’s helping people understand better that surviving and selling is marketing and not so much the art itself.
I pissed off an engineer the other day bringing up Synthetic Intelligence and taking peoples jobs. It's kinda like bringing up cancer to someone who just got it
Have you tried FreedomGPT? I've downloaded it and run it on a laptop. It doesn't seem to be as good as ChatGPT but is still decent. It's very easy to get running.
