Look great. Mine works way better if I put the ice cream container in the freezer before I use it.

Finally found a used ice cream churn to whip up some ice cream from our east friesian dairy sheep milk. It's not perfect but certainly delicious and a much welcome treat on a hot afternoon.

Thanks for the tip. We just gave it a spin for the first time. Surprised it worked as well as it did. I think we could add more syrup and try egg yolk to make it a little more rich.
