Yeah I’m in Canada. Any tx under $995 doesn’t require KYC. There might be similar laws in your state, but you’d have to double check.

I’d recommend looking on a site like https://coinatmradar.com/bitcoin-atm-map/ or another map service for ATM in your area, and then seeing which might be non-KYC.
