I think more seed word than 2FA.

I think anything that runs without seed phrase should be treated as a non custodial wallet.
Alby is lightning custodial wallets only, there's no use-case for seed phrases
You should treat it like a custodial wallet, that you don't expect it to be guaranteed to be yours like it would be with a self-custody on chain wallet.
