I rarely eat out, but I went out with a friend tonight. A mediocre quesadilla, fries, and one beer was $30.53.

I see what people mean about it not being worth it anymore. Maybe it never was, but it seems worse.

I feel like the quality of food eating out never really blew my hair back but it was affordable enough that made it worth the convenience. Not the case anymore.

Stopped eating out a long time ago. It's my wife's fault. She's a great cook (she strenuously denies this) and when we went out I would with very few exceptions moan about the food.
