Seems something like this should be another layer to NIP-05. Since currently just shows you control the web server that DNS is using. Not the DNS itself.

Best example in DNS would be how https://www.opennic.org/ works with their Top Level Domains (TLDs). If use their DNS servers those domains work. Like using .local at home.
