"How do you get **equal peers** to agree on a fact **by themselves**?

Bitcoin is humanity's 3rd option to the 2 ways we've always sidestepped the problem: warfare/competition, and trust/faith.

The bitcoin network is merely a proof of concept, and the bitcoin token is a happy accident, an implementation detail in the PoC. It just fucking works.

The implecation of solving that problem for the first time (in history at least, can't speak for ancient lost knowledge 😉)...makes the future look very interesting indeed!
