Weekly update on my #FitGamer journey.
This starts my seventh week. I started at 264, got down to 252, back up to 260, and the last two weeks 254.
Have been to the gym twice last week, averaging 2 2/3rd a week. Ran 4 times last week and have added a single long run a week.
I have decided to do a marathon in March with some of my Soldiers, and want to get use to the training.
My pants are slightly looser, maybe. I could just be more hopeful than reality.
