My AT&T bill was automatically withdrawn from my Bank of America today. Do you think it would be appropriate for me to call AT&T’s customer service to ask for a partial credit on my next phone bill? I lost cell service completely for at least half of a day during the nationwide cell service tower disruption that recently occurred.
