H.R. 1919 and S. 3801 are aligned in purpose and intent, aiming to block the Federal Reserve from issuing or using CBDCs. HR 1919 passed the House. It has NOT passed the Senate. S 3801 failed. Democrats and a few GOP Senators are protecting CBDCs.
