Coinbase Is Still 'Looking Into How To Best Add Lightning'
After saying that Coinbase will integrate Lightning back in April, CEO Brian Armstrong repeated that the largest exchange in the United States is still evaluating options for its forthcoming Lightning integration.

Rolling it out at Coinbase's scale is definitely going to be an adventure. If only they had been smart, like River and Kraken, and started much earlier…
I think, if it were me, I'd try a limited rollout connecting only their regulated exchange and custodial wallet peers to start. That could be a big win for them, even though it's only a partial solution.
