"Crowd-sourced data found that nearly nine in 10 ULEZ cameras were vandalised in southeast London, with only 29 of 185 working in Sydenham.
In Bromley, where the two cameras were sprayed, only four are reportedly intact, and just one is working on the A225."
They seem to have great success!
Hope this will serve as a role model for other cities & countries where governments try to introduce ULEZ
