Mmm I want wagyu bbq again

wagyu is the ultimate beef.

if i was raising cows i would need to get my hands on a few such beasts. the japanese have bred the ultimate beef cow. nothing comes close to it except angus, and they are fucking up angus in the UK for sure... i remember it was pretty amazing in australia, but australian beef is awesome even without the special breed.
