Too much potential for destruction? Are you meaning like prisoners should be able to have a campfire and chill?

I have never been to prison and the reason for that is I have heard it’s not a good time. Basically it’s my motivation to not be there is so I can do fun stuff where that is usually allowed instead. Not a bad system in simple terms of course reality is complicated on the contrary. Interested to see what responses this generates.
