Or better curation, right now, there is no index for finding even the 2-3 notes that would qualify for local content
You could probably feed local news rss feeds into nostr

It’s the only way I think that you’ll get enough local content
I'd wish for people to be able to find other nostr in their areas or with their interests, not to spam the feed with content, imf one with their being low content, as long as it's atleast find-able
