Weird bug with Visual Studios where as of Friday, my code changes aren't impacting the pages when running locally or publishing to dev. It's a heavy ide, I'm thinking of moving to something lighter anyways, but kinda sucks that its happening on the week after releasing massive updates to prod.
The world is on fire, and I'm just sitting here wondering how many times my phone will ring before it loses battery.

VScode is just a bag of dicks... i abandoned it in favour of intellij a long time ago, and have been a pretty much loyal customer, as they keep improving the function of their symbol hyperlinking
pisses me off when i come to needing to integrate with some dumbshit shitcoin API or other and they haven't even considered the idea that someone might not be using code.
i upgraded from goland to IDEA so i could support other languages and custom languages a bit better, it works pretty good but i still do find every day most days i at least once force it to regenerate the symbol database because it's flagging errors all over the place that it shouldn't be
being able to jump immediately from usages to definitions is worth the hassle though
