This. It hurts to see these people making choices for minds that are being molded but the changing world and tech. They are old dogs with no new tricks.
Always said, there should be like an age cap of 60-70.
Most of the decisions and takes that are currently made and blamed on the millenials are actually made by the short-sighted and egotistical conservative elderly.
Brexit, climate policy, fiscal policy against cryptocurrencies etc.
