What are you using for the flambee? Brandy?

It is classic from France, it is just called fambee i guess bc it is baked on hot stone in the owen like pizza (but not 100% sure)

this. It's like the French/German version of pizza bread very famous in the Alsace / Black forest area.

Just did some more research it's from Alssac and was German until France wanted the coal in the area.

It's flamed not “flambeed”

Which was a miss understanding on my end
