I do it with the same principles of why I HODL bitcoin.

I maintain a long time horizon about the quality and longevity of my life. I remain convicted about my values - that my health and a strong mind is what I need to create value in this world for my family and for others I treasure.

Just like DCA, i stay consistent and humble and stack - not just sats, but weights with progressive overload and effective time under tension.

Consistency and principles fuel what I do and how I define myself. The idea of deviating from this makes me so uncomfortable that I just need to get up.
