1 cup of pineapple

Β½ cup jicama

Β½ radish

1 lemon

1 cucumber

ELABORATION:

Wash and sanitize all the ingredients. *Introduce them to th

e juice extractor one by one. Take it on an empty stomach.

*If you normally eat them shelled, then peel them.

PROPERTIES:
